All of the classes in this series will meet on Zoom. Registrants will be provided with meeting details for class entry. Please become familiar with Zoom applications before class. This will provide for a more relaxing experience at class time. Note taking suggested.
This is a fun hands on class with image slides and live interaction. Participation during class is up to each individual. A lot will be covered beyond the image shown here.
Expect to learn how to cut back on items that fill recycle bins. Skills learned during this workshop are great for all skill levels, teachers to artists, stitchers and makers. Specifics for creating bowls, shrines, reliquaries, book covers and more along with embellishment applications will hopefully have you looking at biodegradable in a new way.
This three part series shares ways to create pulps, use teabags and used coffee filters for making three dimensional objects and functional works as well as sheets. Learn to add stitching, weaving and crochet into pieces as well as twigs and leaves.
Process, recipes, additives, blends, tools, storage, finishing and surface design techniques from casting, inclusions, prints to plant based natural colorants and paints. Embossing and sheet pulling for a variety of options.
Each class starts with the basics from start to finish for easy at home engagement with limited tool use and big spaces are not required. Fun indoors or outside on a beautiful day.
