LITTLE BOOKS
LITTLE BOOKS
Mondays: January 27, February 24, March 24, and April 28, 2025
7:00 - 8:30 PM EST
Expect to make at least ten different books.
I love little books and can’t wait to make some more using all my favorite surface design techniques like botanical contact/Eco printing, natural dyes, rust, carved stamps, paste paper, mixed media, Gelli plate printing and more.
I will share some ways to distress papers, use ephemera, make small batches of handmade paper and just have a grand time with lots of surprises.
Small bookbindings for small books will be covered as well as envelopes, casings, boxes, reliquary and folio construction.
Go through your paper, book cloth, stitch and ephemeral stashes and let’s get some small books made with a new twist.
Great class for machine and hand stitchers.
